Move To Europe An Exciting Prospect For Beckham

News has circulated that David Beckham wants to return for a stint in Europe during the MLS off-season, from January to March, before the MLS starts up again. Although Beckham is enjoying life as a Galaxy player a return to Europe would sky rocket his popularity and improve his fitness.

Over the past few days, Becks has been linked to AC Milan, Everton & home club Manchester United. He was quoted saying at a press conference last night that he would welcome a stint in Europe after Christmas but i doubt he'd play for any other club than Manchester United, which is where his loyalty lies. There has also been an audacious attempt to lure him to Leicester City, with a desperate plea coming from former England manager, Sven Goran Eriksonn. Although Beckham has already given his verdict on going to Leicester as a no-go, Eriksonn is persistent and is trying for a third time, with the likely outcome a defiant no.

Beckham proved he could still compete amongst the best having endured the last two January-March stints at Italian giants AC Milan. He was continuously impressing, scoring and setting up goals and was coincidentally drawn against United in the Champions League, where his AC Milan side ran out eventual losers. The United fans honoured Beckham throughout the 2 nights, supporting him with flags all around the stadium.
